Horner’s Plot

19 February 202419 February 2024 By Donna

PLUS began in Perth 2002 with a small group of people who had used local mental health services meeting under the direction of Perth Association for Mental Health.

PLUS became a charity and company in 2009 and since that time has been governed by a board of 5-8 trustees. PLUS remains member- led and is well respected by other similar groups and organisations which emerged from the ‘service user involvement’ movement.

Horners Plot is our city centre garden which we are very proud of. Over the last couple of years we have regenerated an ugly gap site just off South St, Perth into a fully operational market garden providing volunteering and purpose to people recovering from mental distress.

About

Bioregioning reframes the way we see the places where we live and work, helping us reconnect to and restore the ecological systems of which we area part and upon which we all depend.
