The MAXwell Centre (Community Gardens Network)

16 January 202429 March 2024 By Clare Cooper

The Maxwell, a community centre and garden based in the heart of Dundee’s Coldside.

We are committed to improving the quality of life for the local community and to combatting social exclusion, poverty, disadvantage, and discrimination. The centre provides a welcoming and empowering environment, open to everyone, to socialize, access information and learn new skills.

Our key areas of work are:

MAXsupport
MAXyouth
MAXgarden

Over the last years our work has been showcased across Scotland and our project has won prestigious awards, including the Horticultural Group Award from The Royal Caledonian Horticultural Society – The Caley as a recognition to our community work, in 2021

Keep up to date with news and events by following us on our Grow Dundee Blog, our Facebook page, Twitter and Instagram
